1. Yes, now that I've been with her for a while, I don't mind her.
ReplyDelete2. I would rather be with my family, but I am lucky because I have the ability to read, which many servants lack.
3. I wish I would be able to lessen my years as a servant.
4. No, my father made his own mistakes, and I shouldn't have to pay for them.
5. I had been in worse, but I would just have to make the best of it and teach Amari how to be a proper woman.

1. Yes, because she is still a person and should be treated the same. Also, she is nice to me and makes my life at the plantation easier.

4. No, but I wouldn't complain about it because it doesn't make anything better.
5. At first I didn't like her because she was African American and I had to teach her english. But now I see is very nice and a good friend to me.
